About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and help create positive customer experiences. The role involves welcoming customers, promoting products and the Unlimited Wash Club membership, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and ensuring cars leave clean, dry, and shiny. The specialist also helps keep the site clean and well-maintained and works with teammates to complete tasks and achieve goals. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with varied shifts that include weekends and holidays.
Requirements
