Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service Rep
About The Position
Raymond Management is hiring a Guest Service Representative to join its hotel Front Desk team. The role is centered on welcoming and assisting guests and delivering friendly, attentive service. The position is part-time, with shifts available from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The starting salary range is $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with the possibility of higher pay based on experience. New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but the company is willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and create a positive, welcoming experience.
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations professionally and with attention to detail.
- Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to support seamless operations.
- Manage daily front desk duties, including payments and room assignments.
- Resolve guest issues.
