Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service Rep
About The Position
Raymond Management is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join its Front Desk team. The role is the first point of contact for hotel guests and focuses on creating a welcoming experience through friendly, professional service. The position is part-time and pays $15.00–$16.00 per hour or more based on experience. New hires may earn wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and create a positive, welcoming experience.
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations professionally and with attention to detail.
- Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to support seamless operations.
- Manage daily front desk duties, including payments and room assignments.
- Resolve guest issues.
