Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service Rep
About The Position
Raymond Management is hiring a Guest Service Representative to join its hotel Front Desk team. The role focuses on welcoming guests and providing attentive, professional service throughout their stay. The position is full-time, offers a starting pay range of $15.00–$16.00 per hour or more based on experience, and includes open availability with weekends required. New hires may earn wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days and at six months. On-the-job training is provided, with support for career growth within the company. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and create a positive, welcoming experience.
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations professionally and with attention to detail.
- Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to support seamless operations.
- Manage daily front desk duties, including payments and room assignments.
- Resolve guest issues.
