Hotel Night Audit
About The Position
Raymond Management is seeking a Night Auditor to join its hotel team. The role combines overnight guest service with financial duties, including auditing transactions, preparing reports, processing check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest requests, and assisting with security checks. The position offers on-the-job training and support for career growth. The stated starting salary range is $16.00–$17.00 per hour or more based on experience, with potential wage increases for new hires at 30, 60, and 90 days. The full-time shift is 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsibilities
- Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours and provide customer service.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs and handle guest inquiries and requests.
- Prepare and run daily financial reports, ensuring transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist with security checks to help ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
