About The Position
Raymond Management is hiring a full-time Guest Service Representative Night Audit to support hotel guests and financial operations during overnight hours. The role balances daily transactions, prepares financial reports, handles guest services, and assists with security checks. The schedule is seven days on and seven days off, starting on Thursday. The listed starting salary range is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, or more based on experience. New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. Responsibilities
- Balance and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests during overnight hours and provide customer service.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs and handle guest inquiries or requests.
- Prepare and run daily financial reports and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist with security checks to help ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
