About The Position

Guest Service Experts create memorable guest experiences by providing a range of dining services. Duties include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. They help make transactions part of the overall dining experience.

The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality and safety standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Service Experts perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
