About The Position

Guest Service Experts create memorable and unique dining experiences by taking initiative and delivering a wide range of services. Duties include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. They help make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication. Guest Service Experts perform other reasonable job duties as requested and are expected to deliver the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards graciously and thoughtfully.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
