About The Position

The Guest Service Associate supports guest relations and practical floor operations across LOTUS and OASIS. The role involves moving throughout the venues to guide guests, recognize returning guests and members, respond to requests, and coordinate with the Member Host, hosts, servers, and other service team members. As part of the launch team, the associate gains experience in dining, lounge, and poolside hospitality. The position combines proactive guest care, venue knowledge, floor support, and attention to presentation and safety. The associate handles routine questions within their authority, follows guest requests through to completion, and refers matters requiring greater authority to the House Manager, OASIS Lead, or responsible colleague. POS use and payment processing are limited to associates who are trained and authorized. The proposed launch schedule is Thursday through Sunday, approximately 24–30 hours per week, with Monday through Wednesday off. Thursday through Saturday cover LOTUS dinner and lounge periods, including late shifts when assigned. Sunday covers either OASIS brunch and cabana service or sunset and evening service, with a handover between shifts. The House Manager assigns service areas and daily priorities and coordinates Sunday coverage with the OASIS Lead. The weekly roster establishes start and finish times, breaks, and opening or late coverage. Required briefings, preparation, training, closing, and handover duties are included in working hours. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Pay is $20–$24 plus gratuity. The role is non-exempt.
