About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to help guests throughout check-in, their stay, and check-out. The role calls for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and helpful approach to create an exceptional guest experience. As part of the leadership team, the ambassador guides, supports, and inspires associates while embodying Kalahari’s Promise to Lead with Love.
Requirements
- Computer-savvy.
- Eager to provide excellent service to guests.
- A collaborative leadership style rooted in respect and service to others.
- No prior experience is necessary; training is provided to the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Participate as a team member and apply the Kalahari Promise’s core values and service expectations daily.
- Answer guest questions about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
- Guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
