About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to help guests during check-in, their stay, and check-out. The role calls for a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and helpful approach to deliver exceptional guest experiences and create lasting memories. As part of the leadership team, the ambassador guides, supports, and inspires associates while representing Kalahari’s Promise to Lead with Love.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
- Work as part of a team and apply Kalahari’s core values and service expectations daily.
- Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and operating hours in a timely manner.
- Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
- Guide, support, and inspire associates while delivering guest experiences.
