About The Position
As a Guest Service Agent at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, you help create memorable guest experiences by providing warm, attentive hospitality. You support guests throughout their stay, including check-in and check-out, answering questions, promoting hotel services, and responding to requests and concerns with care and urgency.
Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests and complete check-in, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
- Process guest departures by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist guests.
- Recommend hotel amenities and use up-selling techniques to maximize room and service revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage messages and communications effectively.
