About The Position

The Bartender prepares and serves beverages while delivering memorable, welcoming guest experiences. The role includes providing attentive service at the Manager's receptions, maintaining bar operations and product quality, processing payments, and addressing guest concerns professionally. The ideal candidate brings a positive, friendly attitude toward guests and team members and can work a variable schedule that includes Thursday and Sunday evenings.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively seek ways to make each guest's experience special.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables.
• Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of beverage-related items.
• Address guest concerns professionally, including situations involving intoxicated guests, and help ensure a safe environment.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
• Provide a great customer experience at Manager's receptions.
