About The Position

The Engineer maintains the physical functionality and safety of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. The role responds promptly to guest service calls and team member work orders, performs repairs and maintenance across a range of trades, conducts preventive maintenance inspections, and documents completed work and issues requiring further attention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure the property's physical functionality and safety, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Respond quickly to guest service requests and team member work orders.
• Perform maintenance and repairs involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
• Record completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
