About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain facility safety and deliver memorable guest experiences at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport. The role involves monitoring hotel premises, assisting with incident investigations, documenting security activity, responding to emergencies, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally. Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Assist with responses to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
