About The Position

The Server at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point provides food and beverage service while creating memorable, welcoming guest experiences. The role includes interacting warmly with guests, learning menu items and specials, taking and entering orders, delivering orders promptly, and maintaining a stocked, clean, and organized service station. The Server must follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Scheduling flexibility for PM shifts any day of the week is required.

Responsibilities

Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make each meal experience special.
Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and promptly deliver completed orders.
Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
