About The Position
Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point is seeking Public Area Attendants for its 316-suite hotel. The role maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel’s public spaces while helping deliver welcoming and memorable guest experiences. Attendants also support housekeeping operations and complete periodic deep-cleaning projects.

Responsibilities
- Clean designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and emptying trash.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and promptly resolve service requests.
- Assist with guest-room cleaning and fulfill service requests when needed.
- Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
