Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business.
Design creative menus and catered events to maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience.
Manage event documentation and coordinate the pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and a positive event experience.
Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to support consistent, high-level service.
