About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant provides superior service to internal and external customers and maintains Belterra Casino Resort’s cleanliness standards throughout the hotel tower. The role includes cleaning hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee areas, and storage areas as directed; maintaining equipment and documenting completed duties; and reporting safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies. The attendant follows security measures and performs work quietly and orderly while ensuring rooms meet service-quality standards. The role also involves greeting guests, assisting with issues within established guidelines and policies, working harmoniously with coworkers, and helping the houseperson with department projects as needed.

Requirements

At least 6 months of relevant housekeeping experience, such as in a hotel, motel, or inn.
Flexible availability, especially on weekends, which are required.
Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities
