About The Position

The Hotel Housekeeper, also described as a Guest Room Attendant, provides superior service to internal and external customers and maintains Belterra Casino Resort's cleanliness standards throughout the hotel tower. The role includes cleaning guest rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee areas, and storage areas; maintaining equipment and completing documentation of work performed; reporting safety hazards and maintenance deficiencies; and following security measures. The attendant greets guests, assists with issues within established guidelines and policies, performs duties quietly and orderly, upholds room-quality standards, and assists the houseperson with department projects as needed. A $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires is paid in two installments: half after 45 days of employment and half after 90 days.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of housekeeping experience in a hotel, motel, inn, or similar setting.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends, which are required.
• Ability to clean as directed at an acceptable performance rate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications required by federal, state, and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities
