About The Position

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Housekeeper to ensure assigned guest rooms meet cleanliness standards while providing pleasant and professional service to guests. The role contributes to a positive guest and colleague experience and includes cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and, as assigned, common areas. The position requires weekend work. Compensation is $16.00–$16.25 per hour. Requirements

Up to 1 month of related housekeeping experience or training.
Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized supply cart.
Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
Change linens and make beds.
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Move furniture, hang and remove drapes, and roll carpets as needed.
Replenish guest room supplies, including drinking glasses, bathroom amenities, and writing supplies.
Tag lost and found articles and turn them in to management.
Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and check fixtures, equipment, and room conditions for proper operation, settings, and maintenance; report deficiencies.
Clean lobby, lounge, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways as assigned.
Replace light bulbs as needed.
Deep clean assigned guest rooms and replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed.
Complete a second housekeeping service for assigned rooms as needed.
