Housekeeper- Weekends Required

About The Position

DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced, driven Hotel Housekeeper to ensure assigned guest rooms meet cleanliness standards and to provide pleasant, professional service to guests. The role also includes cleaning shared hotel areas, replenishing guest supplies, inspecting rooms for maintenance needs, and reporting deficiencies. The position requires weekend work. Requirements

Up to one month of related housekeeping experience or training.
Solid organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized supply cart.
Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
Change linens and make beds.
Sweep, scrub, and mop floors.
Dust furniture and fixtures.
Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
Move furniture, hang and remove drapes, and roll carpets as needed.
Replenish guest room supplies, including drinking glasses, bathroom amenities, and writing supplies.
Tag lost-and-found articles and turn them in to management.
Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and check fixtures, equipment, and room conditions for proper operation, settings, and maintenance; report deficiencies.
Clean assigned lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
Replace light bulbs as needed.
Deep-clean assigned guest rooms and replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed.
Complete a second housekeeping service for assigned rooms as needed.
