About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hotel, guest satisfaction, and meeting product quality standards. The role involves caring for rooms according to brand and IHM standards and completing basic housekeeping tasks after guests check out. Scheduling may be flexible, with part-time work scheduled Friday through Sunday. Weekly hours vary based on guest occupancy, season, staffing, and other factors; a specific number of hours per week is not guaranteed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Change sheets and arrange towels.
Restock toilet supplies.
Vacuum, dust, and clean rooms.
Rearrange rooms after guests check out.
Ensure rooms meet brand and IHM standards.
Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, or disturbances.
Provide excellent guest service and be readily available and approachable to guests.
