Guest Reception Representative
About The Position
As a Guest Reception Representative at The Marquee by Hilton Grand Vacations in New Orleans, you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival experience. You will help ensure guests enjoy a seamless stay while working with a team focused on outstanding service and memorable vacation experiences. The role includes greeting guests and managing check-in and check-out, answering questions about resort amenities and New Orleans, processing reservations and transactions, resolving guest concerns, maintaining the front desk and lobby, coordinating with resort departments, handling feedback, staying informed about promotions and resort offerings, and completing administrative and front-office tasks. You are expected to uphold Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards and provide personalized hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, providing a friendly, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities, services, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and cultural events in New Orleans.
- Process reservations, owner and guest requests, payments, and account transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Address guest concerns and service requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
- Partner with resort departments to coordinate guest services, special accommodations, and vacation experiences.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate opportunities for service improvement.
- Stay informed about Hilton Grand Vacations promotions, membership opportunities, and resort offerings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, record maintenance, and other front-office functions as needed.
- Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards while delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
