As a Guest Reception Representative at The Marquee by Hilton Grand Vacations in New Orleans, you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable arrival experience. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, providing a friendly, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about resort amenities, services, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and New Orleans cultural events.
Process reservations, owner and guest requests, payments, and account transactions accurately and efficiently.
Promptly address guest concerns and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
Partner with resort departments to coordinate guest services, special accommodations, and unique vacation experiences.
Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate opportunities for service improvement.
Stay informed about Hilton Grand Vacations promotions, membership opportunities, and resort offerings.
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, record maintenance, and other front office functions as needed.
Uphold Hilton Grand Vacations brand standards while delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
