About The Position

Reporting to Store Leadership, the Guest Lead plays an important role in delivering and directing activities required to achieve store goals. These activities include providing exceptional guest service, maintaining compelling visual presentations, ongoing associate development, and effective operational compliance.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders and frequently climb and descend stairs, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
