About The Position

The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the store’s day-to-day operations. The role supervises Store Associates and helps maintain store standards, deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales goals, and protect company assets. The position is part-time and requires a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Strong verbal and communication skills.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day store operations, product placement, and achieving sales, UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain clean and neat standards across the sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom organized.
• Maintain a superior customer experience and provide excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure E-commerce orders are filled and processed promptly according to company standards, as needed.
