About The Position

The Keyholder/Team Lead supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the store’s day-to-day operations and supervises Store Associates. The role includes opening and closing the store, handling deposits, helping achieve sales and other store goals, and maintaining company standards for customer service, merchandising, cleanliness, and asset protection. The position is part-time.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day store operations, product placement, and achieving sales, UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist in training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain a clean and neat sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom organized.
• Maintain a superior customer experience and provide excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure E-commerce orders are filled and processed in a timely manner according to company standards, as needed.
