About The Position

The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, sales goals, merchandising, staff training, and customer service. The role supervises Store Associates and may handle e-commerce order fulfillment as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate tasks to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day store operations, product placement, and sales, UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist with training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain clean and neat sales floors, cash wraps, and fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom organized.
• Provide a superior customer experience and excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are filled and processed in a timely manner according to company standards, as needed.
