About The Position

The Keyholder/Team Lead supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with store operations, sales goals, customer service, staff training, and protection of company assets. The role supervises Store Associates and includes opening and closing the store, handling deposits, and ensuring merchandise and e-commerce orders are processed according to company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work a schedule based on business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Lead, delegate to, and follow up with Store Associates.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on day-to-day store operations, product placement, sales goals, UPT, ADS, and E-Mail Capture goals.
• Assist with training staff on company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily merchandise replenishments.
• Maintain clean and neat sales-floor, cash-wrap, and fitting-room areas, and an organized stockroom.
• Maintain a superior customer experience and provide excellent customer service to every customer.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to protect company assets.
• Ensure e-commerce orders are filled and processed promptly according to company standards, as needed.
