About The Position

The Guest Lead reports to Store Leadership and helps deliver and direct activities needed to achieve store goals. The role supports an exceptional guest experience, compelling visual presentations, associate development, and effective operational compliance. The Guest Lead may also serve as leader on duty when needed.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have the physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience and adhere to Altar'd State's guest service standards.

Coach associates on guest interactions and recognize strong performance.
