About The Position

The Guest Experience Host (Operations) works at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester, helping create memorable experiences for families and guests. The role involves providing energetic guest service, engaging with visitors throughout the attraction, maintaining clean and safe areas, managing lines and guest flow, and following opening and closing procedures and safety standards. This is a part-time opportunity requiring availability for three full days each week, including at least one weekend day. Candidates must be 18 or older. The pay rate is USD $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Available to work three full days per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
