Guest Experience Host- Café (Part-Time)
About The Position
The Guest Experience Host – Café works as part of the Café Team at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester, helping create memorable experiences for guests. The role calls for an energetic, guest-focused team member who brings positive energy, great service, and LEGO values to each shift. The position requires availability for three full days per week, including at least one weekend day, and is part-time. The listed pay rate is USD $17.00 per hour. The role includes interacting with guests, supporting guest flow and safety, maintaining clean and stocked café and public areas, and following operating procedures. Candidates should be comfortable in fast-paced attraction environments with crowds and loud noises. Scheduling flexibility for days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events is required. Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children must participate in Child Safeguarding Background Screening as a condition of the offer.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Available to work three full days per week, including at least one weekend day.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments.
- Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Reliable and enthusiastic.
Nice To Haves
- Six months to one year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
