About The Position

The Guest Experience Host supports daily operations at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus and helps create enjoyable, memorable experiences for families and guests. The role includes welcoming guests, bringing the Merlin Values to life through guest interactions, assisting with attraction operations and guest flow, managing queues, and helping maintain a safe environment. The host also keeps guest areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for visitors, and assists with opening and closing procedures. Availability is required for two weekdays and one weekend day each week. The role pays USD $14.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be available to work two weekdays and one weekend day each week.
• Have a fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Have strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Candidates offered positions involving high engagement with children must participate in Child Safeguarding Background Screening as a condition of the offer.

Nice To Haves

• Six to twelve months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service.
