About The Position

The Guest Experience Host helps families create memorable experiences at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia. The role involves welcoming guests, operating attractions and interactive experiences, and supporting retail, food and beverage, birthday parties, special events, and other guest activities. Hosts answer questions, assist guests, help manage queues and guest flow, follow attraction safety procedures, and maintain clean, organized, welcoming areas. They work with fellow Hosts to provide an engaging experience from opening to closing. The posting prefers weekday availability but also requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Pay is $14.00 per hour.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable working around crowds, loud environments, and attraction operations.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Passion for creating fun and memorable guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

Six months to one year of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
Weekday availability.
