About The Position

The Guest Experience Host joins the LEGO Discovery Center Boston Operations Team to help create enjoyable, memorable experiences for guests. The role involves engaging with guests, supporting safe and smooth queues, maintaining clean and stocked public areas, and following attraction opening and closing procedures. Candidates must be at least 17 years old. Weekday availability is preferred, and scheduling is flexible. The position pays USD $16.20 per hour.

Candidates offered positions involving high engagement with children must complete Child Safeguarding Background Screening as a condition of the offer. Merlin Entertainments facilitates recruitment for this role as part of a transitional service agreement with the LEGO Group.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Strong communication, listening, and people skills.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible scheduling; weekday availability is preferred.
