About The Position

The Guest Experience Host at LEGOLAND Discovery Center New Jersey welcomes guests and helps create enjoyable, memorable experiences for families throughout the attraction. The role supports attractions and queues, maintains clean and guest-ready public areas, and assists with opening and closing procedures and daily operations. Hosts bring Merlin’s values to guest interactions and help bring the magic of LEGO to life.

Requirements

• A fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• Six to twelve months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm and bring Merlin’s values to life in each interaction.
• Engage with guests and create memorable experiences throughout the attraction.
• Help manage attractions and queues to keep guest waiting times down.
• Keep public areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests.
• Support opening and closing procedures and help daily operations run smoothly.
