About The Position

The Retail Host is the face of fun in the LEGOLAND Discovery Center New Jersey shop, connecting with guests, sharing product knowledge, and helping them find LEGO products. The role focuses on creating positive guest experiences while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable retail environment. The host promotes products, supports sales goals, keeps displays stocked and organized, manages busy lines, and follows department opening, closing, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address guest questions or concerns.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions.
