About The Position

The Guest Experience Associate serves as the face of TOCA, welcoming guests and helping create excellent experiences while keeping the facility running smoothly. The role focuses on guest service, facility operations, administrative tasks, and training and development. Associates uphold TOCA’s service standards by being professional, welcoming, aware, outgoing, and proud, and work with leadership to support a unified culture and high engagement throughout the center. The position is located in Evanston, Illinois, and requires availability to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with Google Suite and scheduling tools, or willingness to learn through on-site training.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to lift more than 30 pounds and move with energy.
Enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer questions, and help every guest feel valued.
Handle guest questions, feedback, and concerns with care; resolve issues or involve a teammate when needed.
Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly and guests satisfied.
Work in concessions as needed.
Keep the facility clean, stocked, and ready for use.
Assist with scheduling, check-ins, sign-ups, and events.
Manage front-desk activities.
Process waivers and payments and prepare reports.
Learn TOCA’s methods and participate in development and training.
Uphold service standards and work with leadership to maintain a unified culture and strong engagement throughout the center.
