About The Position

Guest Event Experts help create memorable, distinctive guest experiences at banquets and events. They perform a range of event functions and help ensure events are executed well from start to finish. Duties may include setting up and breaking down materials, transporting supplies, taking orders, and interacting with guests. They make transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

The role requires maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Event Experts spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and perform hands-on tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. They also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
