About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a range of housekeeping functions and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. Their work helps create a memorable guest experience and may include responding to guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning guest rooms and public spaces. They are expected to take initiative and complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

The role requires a safe and professional approach to work, adherence to company policies and procedures, protection of confidential information, and maintenance of quality standards. Associates are expected to maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
