About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a range of housekeeping functions and help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They move throughout their work area to handle guest requests, stock carts, clean guest rooms and public spaces, and complete similar duties that help create a memorable guest experience. The role requires a hands-on approach and flexibility to perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Employees are expected to help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality and quality standards, and communicate and present themselves professionally, including wearing the required uniform. The position involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
