About The Position

Guest Environment Experts perform a range of housekeeping functions and help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Their work supports a memorable guest experience and may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and carrying out similar duties. Experts are empowered to move throughout their work area and respond to what needs to be done.

The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and quality standards, contributing to a safe workplace, and maintaining professional uniform, appearance, and communications. Employees must be able to remain on their feet and move around for extended periods, and take a hands-on approach to their work. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
