About The Position
Guest Environment Experts perform a wide range of housekeeping functions to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and help create a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities may include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces. The role requires taking a hands-on approach and carrying out other reasonable job duties as requested. All associates are expected to help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and present themselves and communicate professionally. The position supports The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards, including its Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values, and its commitment to excellent luxury hospitality and guest care.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
- Deliver guest requests.
- Stock carts.
- Clean rooms and public spaces.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, uphold quality standards, and communicate and present oneself professionally.
- Ensure a safe workplace.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
