About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable guest experiences from arrival through departure by guiding guests through these processes and delivering a range of services. They take initiative, move throughout their workspace, and address operational needs, guest requests, reports, and local-area information in a way that makes transactions feel like part of the overall experience. They are expected to help create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. The role also includes other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
