About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable arrival and departure experiences for hotel guests. They take initiative in delivering a wide range of services, move around their work area as needed, and handle operational needs, guest requests, reports, and information about local highlights. Their work helps make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and manner of communication. Guest Arrival Experts spend extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and perform hands-on work involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects. They also perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

The position is with The Luxury Collection, a portfolio of Marriott International. The Luxury Collection operates more than 120 properties in over 35 countries and focuses on delivering authentic, personalized hospitality rooted in each destination’s culture and heritage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
