About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts create memorable arrival and departure experiences by providing a wide range of services and guiding guests throughout their stay. They take initiative, move throughout their work area, and handle operational needs, guest requests, reports, and information about local attractions, making transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts may stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform hands-on work involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
