About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts create a memorable experience for guests throughout arrival and departure. They take initiative to provide a wide range of services, guide guests through arrival and departure, process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share information about the local area. They are empowered to move around their work area and take the actions needed to make transactions part of the guest experience.

The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, helping create a safe workplace, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. The position involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and hands-on work, including handling objects of varying weights. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time.
• Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
