About The Position

Guest Arrival Experts help create memorable guest arrival and departure experiences by taking initiative and delivering a wide range of services. They guide guests through arrival and departure, address requests, process operational needs, complete reports, and share information about the local area. They are empowered to move around their work area and take the steps needed to make transactions part of the guest experience. The position requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Arrival Experts perform other reasonable job duties as requested and are expected to support a safe workplace and deliver quality service consistent with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
No related work experience is required.
No supervisory experience is required.
No license or certification is required.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.
