About The Position

We’re hiring a GTM & Strategic Finance Associate to help accelerate decision-making across our clients' Go-to-Market organizations. You will develop a deep understanding of how the business generates revenue and build models, analyze performance, and generate insights that drive growth, efficiency, and clarity.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in RevOps, finance, consulting, or analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment.
Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities, with a focus on data interpretation and modeling.
Superior communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives.
A resourceful mindset and the ability to flourish in high-speed, evolving environments.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with SQL, BI platforms, and CRM reporting systems.
Foundational knowledge of SaaS economics, financial statements, and standard modeling logic.

Responsibilities

Understand revenue flows through the business: Marketing → Sales → Customer Success → Financial outcomes.
Analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor GTM KPIs and financial metrics, focusing on growth and profitability.
Create and manage detailed operational models covering bookings, churn, and unit economics.
Assist with regular forecasting and executive-level reporting to ensure performance aligns with business goals.
Perform variance analysis to provide management with clear explanations and strategic advice.
Draft reports for investors and the board that accurately reflect key business metrics and financial health.
Simplify complex data sets into clear recommendations for operational and strategic leadership.
Analyze the impact of pricing models, product packaging, and strategic investments.
Work across different departments to improve the speed and effectiveness of business execution.
Utilize AI technology to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and refine data analysis.
Stay ahead of the curve by testing and integrating new AI functionalities.
